Will Scott brings over 15 years of experience and an oddly passionate dedication to helping businesses thrive. He specializes in the intersection of design and results, creating high-performance websites that not only capture attention but also strategically drive business growth. Will's extensive time in the industry became deep knowledge, at which point he decided to pursue a career in helping SMB thrive, online.

He was honored as the 2024 San Clemente Ambassador of The Year, a recognition of his service and dedication to the local business community. He actively participates in organizing and hosting valuable networking events like the Young Innovators Network and the Breakfast Club, providing essential opportunities for small business owners to meet, connect, and collaborate. Will is also an active member of the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, and the Downtown Business Association (DBA) of San Clemente.

Sara Madsen serves as the critical bridge between our agency and our clients, managing the day-to-day communication and ensuring projects run smoothly. With a formal education in marketing and environmental sustainability from San Diego State University, Sara combines technical prowess with creative savvy. Her background as a Senior Business Analyst included providing key account management support and project leadership while concurrently delivering on a variety of creative projects. Sara ensures clients always feel heard, informed, and confident in their digital marketing journey. She holds a certification in Google Analytics and has completed the prestigious Executive Education Forum for Local Leaders at the University of Southern California.
